any of those are good choices except the curve. the curve is slow, the battery life is extremely weak and at some ends, just a cheaply made phone. the sidekick is a fast, reliable phone.

The T-Mobile G1 is the best option of the models you have selected, it has open source, which means that you can change its software completely and customize it 100%. It will allow you to put Windows Mobile on it eventually, which is the best phone OS to date. However, the G1’s processor is a little slow, which does mean that it isn’t as smooth as it could be. I have heard rumors of the T-Mobile G2 which might be coming out next winter, but it does not have the slide out keyboard, everything is on-screen. The G1’s keyboard is the only option for text input, you cannot use anything onscreen. You can look up on Google for “phone-name” reviews and you will find anything you want for those phones. Make your decision wisely, as mobile devices are the future!
