The device was just (official) announced today, and I haven’t seen any released dates yet. Further official announcements on release dates and carriers will be made later on.

There is no official release date. There were actually 2 BlackBerry 9000s for sale on ebay and someone snatched them up before RIM came in and put a stop to it. The rumors are that RIM will be releasing the phone sometime in the summer of 2008. Apparently they also want to avoid releasing it at the same time as the new iphone coming out so as not to compete. There is a cool website below that will notify you if where and when a 9000 hits the market. Cant wait!!!!
